OUR STORY

Roux Soup Bar & Café is owned and operated by Jay & Amy Davidson with the help of Chef Anthony Vitello. We are excited to bring Buffalo a large selection of soups made from scratch, fresh salads, and inspired sandwiches in a beautiful new location at The Burchfield Penney Art Center.

We have a long history and passion for making great food and friends in Buffalo through the other restaurants we've owned and operated over the last 20 years, including The Terrace At Delaware Park; Liberty Hound; Fables Cafe; Waterline Cafe; and first Roux Soup Bar & Cafe.
